As a child protege Nanchang Nancy spent her younger years mastering various musical instruments, a classically trained musician she quickly turned her hand to writing and production. In the last three years Nanchang has already stamped her mark with some of the worlds favourite House/Dance producers not only from a song writing point of view but with her own productions.

To date she has received commissions from EMI, Windswept Pacific and Universal. Vocally she has ghosted for several high profile artists "who cannot be named" for obvious reasons. Having written and produced for the boy band Phixx she entered the dance scene through Motiv8 and has written for artists including Haji and Emmanuel, Dab hands, Mark Wilkinson, Steve Mac, The Soulseekerz, Digital Dog, Michael Gray, Phonetic Recordings, Roger Sanchez's Stealth Records, Rob Mello & Martijn ten Velden.

Nanchang Nancy has teamed up with Michael Gray following the success of his Robot Man track 'Ready for This' which went on to hit the prestigious No.1 spot in the DMC Buzz Chart and No.2 MW Coolcuts. Expect some exciting new projects en-route, Mike drafted in his old partner in Full Intention (Jon Pearn of Bodyrox fame) to compliment one of the projects, the result is an extremely large single.

Her 'Lifting Me Higher' signing to Slip N Slide received 5 dancing men (DMC review) and was voted House Tune of the Week, having already received high acclaim at The Winter Dance Music Conference in Miami. She has also recently written the first two singles for Mark Doyles' Fierce Angel imprint, with the first single 'The Answer' out very soon.

In the last twelve months Nanchang has worked with the likes of Haji and Emmanuel, Digital Dog, Phonetic, Stonebridge, Rob Mello, Martijn ten Velden, Baggi Begovic and Agent Greg on Roger Sanchez's Stealth Records (Both singles currently riding high in the Buzz Charts and being championed by Tastemakers across the globe) Dab hands, Mark Doyle (Fierce Angel), Booty Luv and Mark Wilkinson

Nanchang Nancy is also currently co-writing with Stonebridge, Full Intention, Chris lake, Tom de Neef, Booty Luv, Rob Mello & Simon Fuller's 19.
